ARKA STUDIO
Privacy
Updated 10 October 2026
Arka Studio connects your account, team and production projects. This page explains the information used by our website and desktop app. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions or requests.
Your account
Google sign-in gives Studio your Google account identifier, verified email address and name. We use these to sign you in, match invitations and apply your team and project permissions. Studio does not receive your Google password. Signing in does not grant access to Google Drive, Gmail or your other Google content.
Project information
Our service stores team membership, invitations, project settings, shot and task records, assignments, statuses, script configurations, review comments and drawings, file references, job results and activity records. Authorized members can see project information according to their roles. Team and project administrators manage access.
Workfiles, renders, previews and review images are read or written by the desktop app on the local or shared storage configured for the project. Studio stores references and related metadata in its service. Access to those files also depends on your workstation and storage permissions.
Payments
Stripe processes subscription payments and stores payment details entered into its checkout and customer portal. Studio stores customer and subscription references, seat counts and billing status, and retrieves invoice information and limited payment-method details such as card brand and last four digits. Full card numbers are not stored in Studio’s project database.
Service providers and security
Cloudflare hosts the website, API and application database. Google provides identity sign-in, and Stripe provides billing. These providers process information needed to deliver their services and may process it in countries outside yours. Their privacy information is available from Cloudflare, Google and Stripe.
The service uses sign-in cookies, expiring session tokens and authentication checks. Hosting services receive technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details. Studio uses access checks, login rate limits and activity records to operate and protect the service.
Storage and your choices
Account and production records are retained to operate the service and maintain the team’s project history. Signing out or canceling billing does not automatically delete project records or files on your storage. Billing and security records may need to be retained for legal obligations, disputes or abuse prevention.
You can sign out of Studio and manage its Google connection in your Google account. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or to discuss any rights available under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with your team administrator when a request concerns shared project records. Contact your storage administrator about files held on your team’s drives.
